Real Time Controls provide simple and elegant software to access the data acquisition system. It can run on all windows platforms. The measured data and the setup values are stored in Microsoft Access format data base files. Hence the user can extract not only the current data but also the previous values. The data can also be exported to excel or any other program for further analysis. 


The software is a common software, with which most of the XCHXX hardware can be accessed. The software automatically recognizes the hardware.


Real Time Controls offers the state of art PC based compact external precision data acquisition system with intelligent digital controller for labs and industrial applications. These units offer very high resolution to measure very low voltages. 


These are compact external units with 16 and 24 bit AD Resolutions. It has built in programmable gain amplifiers with 1,2,4,8,16,32,64 and 128 gains. These gains are software selectable. The sampling rate can be programmed from 1 sec to 60 sec. It’s available as 4,7 & 10 channel units. The unit interfaces with PC using serial port.

Software

PC software is provided to start and log the data continuously to a database with time and date stamp. The data is also shown in trend graph format. The logged data can be exported to a excel file for further analysis.

A separate ACTIVEX DLL is provided for the user to write programs in VB or VC. A sample VB code is also provided. Drivers are also provided to interface the unit to LAB VIEW and MAT LAB.

Applications

The unit can accept 0 to 2.5V Dc as valid signal input for gain 1. It can also withstand up to +/-10V as over voltage.
